Do I own my website after it's built?+
100%. You own the code, the domain, and the hosting account. We hand over all files and credentials at launch. You're never locked into paying us to keep your site running.
What do I need to provide to get started?+
Just your logo (or we can create one), any photos you have, and a description of your business. If you don't have photos, we'll source professional stock imagery. We handle the copy, layout, and all technical setup.
Can I update the site myself after launch?+
Yes — we build on platforms that are easy to manage (Webflow, Framer, or a CMS of your choice). We include a walkthrough video showing you how to make common updates like changing text, images, and pricing.
What if I'm not happy with the result?+
Every project includes revision rounds to make sure you love it. If after revisions you're still not satisfied, we'll refund your deposit — no questions asked. We haven't had to do that yet, but the guarantee stands.
Do you work with businesses outside Kansas City?+
Absolutely. We work with clients across the US. Everything is done remotely — the intake form, discovery call, reviews, and delivery all happen online. Many of our clients have never met us in person.
